1. Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed after payment has been received. As we work with international suppliers and logistics partners, the average processing time is 1–5 business days.

Once processing is completed, the order will be shipped.


2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days after shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All delivery times are estimates only and no rights can be derived from them.


3. Maximum Delivery Period

In accordance with European regulations, the maximum delivery period is 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If delivery within this period is not possible, the consumer will be informed accordingly.


4. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • customs inspections

  • international transportation delays

  • logistics partners

  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Delays do not automatically entitle the consumer to cancellation or a refund, unless the legally defined maximum delivery period is exceeded.


5. Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the consumer, or if the order is not collected in time, this is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.

Any additional costs or reshipment fees will be borne by the consumer.


6. Cancellation Before Delivery

Cancellation of an order is not possible once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
