Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Applicability

This return and right of withdrawal policy applies to all orders placed through this webshop. By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and agreed to this policy.


2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receipt of the order, unless a statutory exception applies.

Withdrawal solely means the termination of the contract and does not automatically entitle the consumer to a refund.


3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that fall under one or more of the following categories, as permitted under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • products manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

  • products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken

  • products that have been used, tested, or put into operation after delivery

  • products whose packaging has been opened, damaged, or is incomplete

  • products which by their nature cannot be resold as new

If a product falls under one of these exceptions, the right of withdrawal expires in full.


4. Conditions for a Valid Withdrawal

Where the right of withdrawal applies, withdrawal may only take place under the following cumulative conditions:

  • withdrawal is reported in writing within 14 days of receipt

  • the product is unused, undamaged, and not tested

  • the product is in its original condition and original packaging

  • the product is suitable for resale as new

The burden of proof that these conditions have been met lies entirely with the consumer.


5. Return Procedure

Returns are accepted only after prior written approval. After registration, the consumer will receive instructions for the return shipment.

Returns that are not registered in advance will not be processed and do not entitle the consumer to a refund.


6. Costs and Risk of Return

If a return shipment is approved:

  • all return shipping costs are fully borne by the consumer

  • the return shipment will be sent to an international logistics center

  • the full risk of the return shipment lies with the consumer

Original shipping and administrative costs are non-refundable.


7. Inspection and Refund

Upon receipt of the return shipment, the product will be inspected. The seller reserves the right to:

  • apply depreciation

  • deduct administrative and processing costs

  • refuse a refund in whole or in part if the conditions are not met

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days.


8. Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If a product is delivered damaged or incorrectly, this must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, including clear visual evidence.

After this period, the delivery will be deemed correct and fully accepted.

If the report is justified, the seller will, at its discretion, provide a replacement product or offer (partial) compensation. A physical return shipment is not required unless explicitly stated otherwise.


9. No Withdrawal for Subjective Reasons

Withdrawal or refunds are not possible based on subjective reasons, including but not limited to:

  • dissatisfaction with the product

  • unmet expectations

  • change of preference

  • minor deviations in color, size, or finish

These are considered normal product characteristics.
